How we manage risk

We assess zoning and code requirements, environmental conditions, property and title history, and structural capacity alongside market demand and broader economic conditions. Early engagement with municipal officials helps us understand the approval process and gauge community sentiment.

Together, these findings shape project scope, budgets, and timelines and guide our decision to proceed beyond due diligence or terminate the transaction. We'd rather walk away from a project that doesn't pencil out than force a deal that doesn't make sense.
